Development Manager
A lifelong Fraser Valley resident and proud UFV alumnus, Dylan has built deep connections with his local communities. With over a decade of experience as a City Planner, he brings valuable expertise to the Campus Communities team as Development Manager. Dylan also serves as Senior Development Planner, Project Manager, and CPTED Consultant with the Chilliwack-based consulting firm OTG Developments. He holds a Master of Urban Planning from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography (Urban Studies) from the University of the Fraser Valley. Beyond his professional work, Dylan is an avid snowboarder and (marginal) golfer—but his favorite role is being a dedicated husband and a father to his young daughter and son.
Corporate Secretary
Shayla is an experienced corporate secretary and has worked with various companies ranging from start-up private companies to mid-tier market cap public companies in the mining, bio-tech, technology and agricultural industries. She is President of Forster Corporate Consulting Inc., a privately held consulting company offering corporate secretarial services to publicly listed companies. She also currently serves as Corporate Secretary of Viva Gold Corp. (TSXV) and Cascadia Minerals Ltd. (TSXV).
Manager, Finance and Operations
Chanda brings over a decade of finance, accounting and office management leadership to Campus Communities. She has a passion for real estate development and enjoys applying her financial expertise to support growth and development in the industry. Chanda holds a Diploma in Business Administration and is currently working toward her CPA designation. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two children, whether it’s exploring new places, enjoying community events, or relaxing at home.
