Gary builds socially sustainable communities and oversees the delivery of large-scale capital projects – taking plans from concept to reality. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in real estate development, including work with Intrawest Corporation, Ernst & Young’s West Coast Real Estate Group, the First Nations Health Authority and his own development firm LiveWell Cohousing. Gary holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo. When not building communities, he enjoys boating and spending time with his family and two active young sons.
